Cooking and Crafts Camp Form

Please fill out our camp form. Once submitted, you will receive an email with confirmation and an invoice within 48 hours. 
​ Your child(ren)'s place(s) will not be confirmed until payment has been sent.

    Camp bag

    Our Cooking and Crafts Bag is an essential part of our uniform. Children must bring their bag to camp every day. 
    If a Cooking and Crafts Camp bag is not brought in to camp, you will be charged for a new one.

    Please provide your child with a 100% KOSHER lunch and snack. If you are unsure about an item, please see https://isitkosher.uk or ask Fiona or Olivia, who will be happy to assist. Please ensure your child brings NUT-FREE  lunch and snacks.
    Please bring a water bottle for your child which is clearly labelled.
    Having a Cooking and Crafts Camp bag is an essential part of our uniform. Bags must be purchased before camp starts and will be given to your child on the first day that they arrive. Bags will be left outside of the setting and will be sent home every day. Bags must be brought to camp every day. A one -time purchase of £3.50 is required for this – please add this amount per child when paying fees.
    Please ensure that ONLY the camp bag is brought in to camp every day. Lunch and snack may be brought in a disposable bag.

    Please check through your form to ensure your choices are correct. Our admin team work hard to create our invoices. If an invoice is requested to be changed, a £5 admin fee will be added on to your total for every changed invoice. To avoid this charge, please double check before submitting your form.
Once your form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice within 48 hours. ​
